Employment law expert draws HR directors to March Power Lunch 2.0

Over 60 people packed the conference room on the third floor of the Bank of America Merrill Lynch's City of Industry branch, waiting to hear the latest trends on labor & employment laws. Tom Lenz, partner of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo and board member of the Partnership, delivered a presentation on the following topics: EEOC regulations, hire right, new I-9 forms, employee pay compliance, amendments to the Equal Pay Acts, overtime regulations and minimum wage overview. Most of the participants are in charge of HR in their companies; they found the presentation engaging and informative.

Special thanks to Bank of America Merrill Lynch for sponsoring the March Power Lunch 2.0. The topic for the upcoming Power Lunch 2.0 is "Strategies for Tackling California's Affordable Housing Crisis," a panel discussion led by Gonzalez Goodale Architects. The event will start at noon on Thursday, April 20 at Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Pasadena branch, 800 E. Colorado St.
