The San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership will require a dynamic, high-energy professional to guide the strategic direction and operational success of this non-profit economic development corporation. Passions for membership development (recruitment and retention), regional and global marketing, and event planning are essential. As the Voice of Business, the Partnership works to advance the economic vitality and quality of life of the San Gabriel Valley by:
Experience: To be considered for this position, an individual must be a visionary with strong leadership experience and an extensive track record of innovation and accomplishment in the fields of business growth and revenue generation, economic development, and/or collaborative business marketing. Candidates must also possess strong organizational management experience, knowledge, and skills.
Education: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study. A relevant Master’s degree is desirable.
Compensation: Salary up to $150,000 per year plus an attractive benefits package that includes: employer-paid medical insurance for employee; 401K plan with 3% employer-match contributions ; 4 and 1/2 day workweek (half-day on Fridays); 3 weeks paid vacation, 80 hours sick leave, 48 hours personal leave, and 10 paid Holidays per year
