Workforce Development Assistant
Shanoree Caldera serves as the Workforce Development Assistant for the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership. She provides vital support to regional workforce initiatives, collaborates on programs that bridge local talent with industry needs, and plays a key role in advancing the Partnership’s economic development goals.
As an SGV native, Shanoree is excited to contribute to the team’s continued growth and success by bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm for regional empowerment. While earning her degree at Cal Poly Pomona, she built a strong foundation in education and a passion for building up the younger generation, gaining valuable experience in community outreach and instructional support. Her passion for community engagement and economic mobility has driven her commitment to creating impactful development pathways for local residents and students alike.
A proud alumna with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Cal Poly Pomona, Shanoree is also currently an MBA candidate at CPP, where she is expanding her strategic knowledge to drive forward-thinking projects and support the Partnership’s mission.
