Senator Bob Archuleta was elected to the California State Senate in November 2018 to represent the 30th Senate District, Archuleta represents portions of Los Angeles County and Orange County. He currently serves as the Chair of the Senate Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs and sits on the following committees: Business, Professions and Economic Development; Governmental Organization; Energy, Utilities and Communications, Transportation; and the Joint Legislative Committee on Emergency Management.
In August 2019, Governor Gavin Newsom appointed Senator Archuleta to the Governor’s Military Council, which oversees more than 30 military bases in the state of California. In 2012, Senator Archuleta was appointed by President Barack Obama to the Board of Visitors to the United States Military Academy at West Point. As part of the Board, he made recommendations on the operations of the Academy as they related to curriculum, equipment, and other matters.
Senator Archuleta has served on the Los Angeles County Military Veteran Affairs Commission; the United States Army Advisory Board for Military Recruitment; and the Los Angeles County Library Commission. He is an Army combat veteran and former paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division and served with the Montebello Police Department.
Senator Sasha Renée Pérez was elected to the 25th Senate District in November 2024. She currently serves as Chair of the Senate Education Committee and the Budget Subcommittee No. 1 on Education. She also serves as a member of the Senate Committees on Budget, Environmental Quality, Human Services, Public Safety, the Joint Committee on the Arts and previously served on the Affordability Working Group.
Assemblymember MarÃa Elena Durazo was elected to the 26th Senate District to begin serving in December, 2018. As of 2026, Senator Durazo serves on multiple committees, including the Budget and Fiscal Review Committee, Health Committee, Housing Committee, Judiciary Committee, and Labor, Public Employment, and Retirement Committee. She is currently Chair of the Local Government Committee.
Assemblymember Mike Fong was elected to the 49th District of the California State Assembly in a special election in February 2022. He is honored to represent the cities of Alhambra, Arcadia, El Monte, Monterey Park, Rosemead, San Gabriel, San Marino, South Pasadena, Temple City, as well as the unincorporated areas of South San Gabriel, North El Monte, and East Pasadena. Mr. Fong currently serves as Chair of the Assembly Higher Education Committee and Chair of the Asian American & Pacific Islander Legislative Caucus. He is also a member of the Appropriations; Banking and Finance; Budget; Budget Subcommittee #3 on Education Finance; and Governmental Organization committees.
Assemblymember Mark González was first elected to the California State Assembly in November 2024 and appointed by the Speaker of the Assembly to serve as Majority Whip. González represents the 54th Assembly District — one of the most diverse districts in California. District 54 encompasses Boyle Heights, Lincoln Heights, Westlake, Downtown Los Angeles, Koreatown, Pico-Union, Chinatown, Little Tokyo, Historic Filipinotown, and the cities of Vernon, Montebello, and Commerce.
Assemblymember John Harabedian is proud to serve as the representative for California’s 41st Assembly District and is dedicated to working with his constituents to build stronger, more vibrant communities. The district includes the cities of Bradbury, Claremont, La Cañada Flintridge, La Verne, Monrovia, Pasadena, San Dimas, Sierra Madre, and portions of Hesperia, Rancho Cucamonga, and Upland.
Los Angeles County Assessor Jeff Prang was elected in 2014 as the 27th Assessor for the County of Los Angeles and re-elected in 2018 and 2022. Mr. Prang served nearly 18 years as a councilmember for the City of West Hollywood, including four terms as Mayor among many other positions in the public sector. Assessor Prang is the President of the California Assessors’ Association (CAA), a State Board of Equalization licensed appraiser, and an active member of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) and the Society of Auditor-Appraisers (SAA).
