Rep. Grace Napolitano represents California’s 32nd District. Her Los Angeles County-based district covers several cities and communities in the San Gabriel Valley – El Monte, West Covina, Covina, Baldwin Park, Azusa, Duarte, Irwindale, Industry, La Puente, Avocado Heights, West Puente Valley, Valinda, Glendora, San Dimas, La Verne and Monrovia. She serves on the U.S. House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, the Committee on Natural Resources, and is Chairwoman on the Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment. She is a conferee to the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST Act) House and Senate Conference Committee. Napolitano also serves as Co-Chair of the Congressional Mental Health Caucus, Vice-Chair of the House Democratic Gun Violence Prevention Task Force, and Co-Chair of the Congressional Youth Challenge Caucus.
Rep. Judy Chu was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in July 2009. She represents the 27th Congressional District, which includes Pasadena and the west San Gabriel Valley of southern California. Rep. Chu currently serves on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee. In that Committee, Rep. Chu is a member of the Subcommittees on Health and Human Resources. She also serves on the House Small Business Committee and is a member of the Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Tax and Capital Access.
Rep. Gil Cisneros began his Congressional career in January 2019 for California’s 39th District based in Orange, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties. In Congress, he serves on the House Armed Services Committee and the House Committee on Veterans Affairs. He is also a member of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus, the New Democrats, the LGBT Equality Caucus, the Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition, and the Congressional Progressive Caucus.
Supervisor Kathryn Barger proudly serves the residents of Los Angeles County’s 5th Supervisorial District — the county’s largest — spanning 2,800 square miles, which includes 22 cities and 70 unincorporated communities in the San Gabriel, San Fernando, Crescenta, Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys.
Assemblywoman Blanca E. Rubio was elected in November 2016 to represent California’s 48th Assembly District, which includes the cities of Azusa, Baldwin Park, Bradbury, City of Industry, Covina, Duarte, El Monte, Glendora, Irwindale, Monrovia, West Covina, and the San Gabriel Valley unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County, including Bassett, Charter Oak, Citrus, East Arcadia, Ramona, Valinda and West La Puente. She serves as Chairwoman of the Human Service Committee.
