CalTech

Often listed as one of the 10 best universities worldwide, CalTech’s faculty has boasted  74 Nobel Laureates, 4 Fields Medalists, and 6 Turing Award winners. In addition, there are 53 faculty members (as well as many emeritus faculty members) who have been elected to one of the United States’ National Academies, 4 Chief Scientists of the U.S. Air Force and 71 who have won the United States National Medal of Science or Technology.

Art Center College of Design

This superb graduate institution for arts, film, and design has produced artists responsible for Disney animated classics, Star Wars, the Muppets, the Transformers, and even “Painter of Light” Thomas Kincaid.
