Amy Foell

Workforce Development Consultant

Amy Foell manages the K12 Foothill Consortium workforce development initiative for the Partnership delivering work-based learning outcomes for career technical education at Azusa, Charter Oak, Duarte and Monrovia Unified School Districts featuring the successful summer internship program. Previously Amy served as the Workforce Development Director at the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and Career Pathway Specialist for Citrus College’s Career Technical Education Division.

Before coming to the San Gabriel Valley, Amy worked in higher education for InsideTrack, managing and implementing coaching interventions for enrollment, persistence, and graduation rates. Hailing from Maryland, Amy co-founded AdvoKids, a violence prevention program at Baltimore City Public School District's Frederick Douglass High School. She has a master's in teaching and a bachelor's in social science from Towson University. She recently completed the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Master Class on School Board Engagement.
