The Partnership and the Starfish Coalition (the group behind the Amazon PolyPlex proposal) would like to invite you to collaborate with us on several development opportunities in the East San Gabriel Valley. Please come prepared to give your input on the following projects on Wednesday, August 29:
1. The Campus South Property (formerly known as Lanterman): Cal Poly Pomona has announced that FivePoint as the master developer for the 300-acre property.
2. The Fairplex-La Verne Development Project: Fairplex is seeking proposals to develop 15 acres of land for transit-oriented housing and retail space
3. Fuller Seminary: The world's largest multi-denominational seminary will sell its 13-acre of land in Pasadena and move to downtown Pomona by 2021.
4. Pomona Unified School District Properties: PUSD is selling three separate properties (close to 20 acres total).
