What will each business gain?
ICCC is a mini-MBA curriculum designed to help businesses grow and ultimately, access capital. It commences with a 1-day intense local workshop (which will take place in LA on August 20th) hosted by professors from leading business schools such as Harvard, Dartmouth, and Northwestern universities. These professors will cover topics such as: business strategy, sales and marketing, talent management and small business finance. Each participating business owner will also receive coaching and mentoring from industry experts from diverse backgrounds. Participants graduate from ICCC with a clearer understanding of their growth plan, custom solutions to their unique business challenges, and a new network of peers, mentors, and capital providers.
Nominated businesses from the SGVP or the area Chambers can attend the program, completely tuition-free, and then reconnect back in to the community to further work with partners such as yourselves to continue their business growth.
